This is an Aeronautical Circular published by the FAA. It is an invaluable reference, explaining the proper methods and techniques of construction. It can be ordered from your local aviation supply house, or the larger book stores. Some community colleges which have aviation departments may also carry it. This publication is amended from time to time, so check the FAA web site to make sure you are up to date.
